    There are many wind energy projects under way world wide. But the cost of wind energy is still not com­pet­i­tive with the cur­rent cost of energy pro­duced by fos­sil fuels. Envi­ron­men­tal costs are still not accounted for.

    When We Measure The Wrong Things

    GDP is a poor met­ric for eval­u­at­ing invest­ments to increase effi­ciency. Every­thing else equal, more effi­ciency means that GDP is reduced. This is totally con­trary to any lean man­age­ment approach.
